  • Own the full cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing
  • Create and provide a flawlessly positive candidate experience
  • Innovate on ways to attract and engage top talent in creative, targeted, and meaningful ways ("Spray & Pray" recruiters need not apply)
  • Develop unique strategies and interview criteria as needed for new roles, across technical, non-technical, and executive positions
  • Take a data-driven approach to hiring
  • Strong track record of academic and/or professional excellence, with clear evidence of an analytical and quantitative skill set
  • A combination of technical and non-technical recruitment experience is preferred
  • A deep understanding of recruiting metrics to measure and improve effectiveness and performance
  • A drive to excel in a fast-paced, autonomous, startup environment
